Motorcycle towing in Melbourne’s west

Illustrative scene of a motorcycle on a transport platform outside a warehouse.

Need a motorcycle collected? Call 0469 929 029 with the bike’s make, model and condition, where it is and where it needs to go. We assess how your bike can be handled, then confirm whether we can take the job and the quote.

Bikes are not handled like cars, so nothing is confirmed until we know the specific motorcycle.

What decides whether we can move your bike

Each motorcycle is assessed individually. The items below are details we ask you for; they are not a list of equipment or a promise that every bike suits our transport.

Model and type
Make, model and type: scooter, road bike, cruiser, trail bike or tourer. Size and weight affect how a bike can be handled.
Condition
Whether it starts, whether both wheels roll, whether the steering turns freely, and any damage or flat tyres.
Keys and steering lock
Whether the keys are available and the steering lock can be released.
Access and destination
The exact pickup point, such as a garage, basement, driveway or roadside, and where the bike needs to go.
Loading and securing
How the bike would be loaded and secured is confirmed for your motorcycle before the job is accepted, not assumed in advance.
Not offered here
We do not advertise enclosed or covered transport; ask if your bike needs it. After a road crash, follow police and official accident towing arrangements.

How a motorcycle enquiry works

A short set of details lets us judge how your bike can be moved.

  1. Step 1: Describe the bike

Make, model and type, plus modifications such as lowered suspension, panniers or a top box.

  2. Step 2: Describe its condition

Does it start? Do both wheels roll? Does the steering turn, and are the keys available?

  3. Step 3: Pickup and destination

The exact location and access, such as stairs, a basement ramp or gravel, plus where it is going and who will receive it.

  4. Step 4: We assess handling

We tell you whether we can move that bike, how it would be loaded and secured, and the quote. If it is not a fit, we say so.

  5. Step 5: You accept

The job is booked only when you accept the quote and we confirm by phone.

Motorcycle towing questions

Make, model and type, any modifications or luggage, and its condition. Add the exact pickup point and the destination.

For your specific bike, during the enquiry. We explain how it would be loaded and secured before you accept the quote, and we tell you if we cannot move it safely.

Yes. Tell us whether the wheels roll, the steering turns and the keys are available. A seized wheel or locked steering may change whether we can take the job. Request a towing quote with the details.
