Origin and destination
Full addresses at both ends, not just the suburb or town.
Vehicle and condition
Make and model, and whether it starts, rolls and steers.
Access at both ends
Gates, driveways, car parks, height limits or soft ground at the pickup and the delivery address.
Timing window
The dates that suit you for collection and delivery. We confirm what we can offer; no transit time is promised in advance.
Handover contacts
Names and phone numbers of the people releasing and receiving the vehicle, and where the keys will be.
Interstate enquiries
If the pickup or delivery is outside Victoria, give the exact state and address. Interstate trips are assessed case by case before anything is offered.
Quote approval
The quote covers that origin, destination and vehicle. Nothing is booked until you accept it.

How a long-distance enquiry is planned

    Who will release the vehicle, who will receive it, and when each is available.

  4. We confirm the fit

    We tell you whether we can take the trip, the timing we can offer and the quote, or that it is not a fit.

  5. You approve

    The job is booked once you accept the quote and we confirm the collection and delivery arrangements with you.
